Within this time HOM will keep you informed about fault findings, solutions and dates of resolution. What we do?
At HOM Catering Engineers we specialise in design, installation, servicing and maintenance of all commercial catering and refrigeration equipment. All of our registered engineers are fully trained and gas safe qualified with dedication to keeping your equipment and kitchen working. Our main aim is to provide the best service whilst also discussing and co-ordinating work with our clients to ensure that all expectations are met with minimal disruption. HOM are currently in the process of developing an APP/SYSTEM that will make it easy to book a call, check outstanding calls and dates of resolution along with stored history of equipment. This results in it being easier to identify reasons for re-occurring problems and to provide equipment training to your staff.
